Discord announced on August 11, 2026 that users can now link their Discord and Battle.net accounts to unlock synced guild chat between Discord and World of Warcraft. When the accounts are linked, messages posted in a Discord guild channel appear in the corresponding WoW guild chat, and vice versa. This two‑way synchronization is enabled through the Battle.net integration settings in Discord, requiring only a simple login to the Battle.net account to activate the link.

For content creators who manage WoW guilds, run streams, or produce guides, the synchronization reduces the need to switch between apps to stay updated on community discussions.
