Godox continues to push the boundaries of portable lighting with the launch of the iM10, the smallest model in its growing iFlash series of on-camera strobes. Designed for creators who prioritize mobility without sacrificing light control, the iM10 fits comfortably in a trouser pocket, making it an ideal companion for street photographers, vloggers, and hybrid shooters working with compact camera systems or smartphones.

As part of Godox’s ongoing effort to miniaturize reliable flash technology, the iM10 represents the latest evolution in the iFlash lineup—following previous compact models but now achieving a new low in size and weight. While specific technical details such as guide number, battery life, or recycle time were not disclosed in the source material, the product’s positioning clearly targets content creators who need a dependable fill or key light that won’t weigh down their kit or disrupt their workflow.

The iM10 aligns with broader industry trends favoring lightweight, versatile gear that supports spontaneous shooting scenarios. For creators documenting travel, events, or daily life, having a powerful yet unobtrusive flash readily accessible can make the difference between missing a moment and capturing it well-lit. Godox’s focus on pocketability suggests an understanding of modern shooting habits, where agility often trumps bulky setups.

By shrinking its strobe technology further, Godox reinforces its commitment to serving the evolving needs of independent creators. The iM10 isn’t just about size—it’s about enabling creative freedom in environments where traditional flash units would be impractical. Whether used on-camera or triggered off-camera via Godox’s ecosystem, the iM10 offers a discreet lighting solution that keeps pace with fast-moving content creation.

For mobile-first creators building kits around mirrorless cameras, smartphones, or small rigs, the iM10 presents a compelling option: a true pocket flash that delivers Godox’s familiar reliability in a form factor built for real-world use. As demand grows for gear that adapts to unpredictable shooting conditions, innovations like the iM10 highlight how lighting manufacturers are responding to the call for smaller, smarter tools.
