Best Buy to Launch on TikTok Shop With Nearly 10,000 Products

Best Buy will launch an official TikTok Shop storefront in late October 2026 with nearly 10,000 products, the company announced September 22, 2026 — making it one of the first big-box retailers to bring its full catalog into TikTok’s in-app shopping system, according to Best Buy’s corporate newsroom, Retail Dive’s trade coverage and TikTok News Hub.

The assortment spans headphones, cameras, small appliances, laptops and accessories from brands including Oura, Bose, Dyson and Microsoft. Shoppers will buy through shoppable creator videos, the Best Buy shop page, the TikTok Shop tab and in-app product pages without leaving TikTok. Orders are fulfilled by Best Buy, and eligible purchases can be returned in stores or by mail.

The launch arrives days after Sephora’s Drop Shop pilot and runs on top of Best Buy’s existing Creator program, which lets creators post hands-on product content and earn commission when viewers buy through their videos. For Best Buy Ads partners, the launch unlocks creator-led campaigns with shoppable content and affiliate links, measured against Best Buy’s first-party data.

“Social media isn’t just influencing what people buy anymore. It’s shaping how they discover products, with creators playing an increasingly important role in what people notice, consider, and want to try,” said Jonathan Greer, Best Buy’s vice president of e-commerce, in the announcement. “Launching on TikTok Shop lets us meet customers at that exact moment of discovery and make it easy to shop.”

For creators, the significance is structural: TikTok Shop is expanding beyond low-cost viral impulse buys into considered purchases with real fulfillment, returns and major brands. The creator affiliate layer is built in from day one.

The takeaway for creators: tech and gadget creators should join Best Buy’s Creator program now, before the late-October launch. Hands-on product content with shop links will have a major retailer’s catalog and fulfillment behind it — just in time for holiday shopping.
